Leading Energy Rater Role

We are seeking an experienced energy rater to lead complex residential projects in Melbourne.

The Opportunity:
  • Leverage your expertise to shape project outcomes and mentor talented professionals.
  • Collaborate with department leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assessments using HERO software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VURBs and Performance Solutions.
  • Stay informed about NCC Volume 2 and Victorian regulations.
  • Accredited NatHERS Assessor.
  • Effective project management and deadline achievement.
  • Natural leadership and mentoring skills.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of dedicated residential energy rating experience.
  • Expert-level HERO software proficiency.
  • Proven mastery of VURBs and Performance Solutions.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NCC Volume 2 and Victorian regulations.
  • Current NatHERS Accreditation.
