Clinical Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of clinical trials.

  • This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of clinical trials.

You will be accountable for coordinating activities such as training and monitoring, clinician network management, data management, and scale management.

As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will be required to interact with clinicians, raters, and other stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate activities such as training and monitoring, clinician network management, data management, and scale management.
  • Interact with clinicians, raters, and other stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
  • Provide customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with study teams to ease bandwidth strain.
  • Process clinician/rater forms and document data.
  • Schedule training video conferences.
  • Document real-time updates and communicate status updates.
  • Point of contact for clinician/rater support questions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of related experience.
  • Previous project management or administrative support experience preferable.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A professional level of fluency in Mandarin & English.
