Lead Complex Residential Projects with Melbourne's Premier Energy Consultancy

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Energy Rater to join our residential department in a key leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to shape project outcomes, mentor talented professionals, and work closely with department leadership on strategic initiatives.

The Role

As a senior member of our residential team, you'll lead our most complex assessments while setting the standard for technical excellence. This role combines hands-on project delivery with strategic input on department operations and client relationships.

You Bring

  • 8+ years dedicated residential energy rating experience
  • Expert-level HERO software proficiency
  • Proven mastery of VURBs and Performance Solutions
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NCC Volume 2 and Victorian regulations
  • Current NatHERS Accreditation
  • Track record of managing complex client relationships
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into clear client solutions
  • Natural leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Impeccable project management and deadline achievement
