About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at eChinaCareers. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a well-organized and professional Montessori classroom setting. This will involve creating and utilizing Montessori-inspired teaching resources and activities, as well as coordinating and implementing the Montessori curriculum. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately documenting each child's academic growth and developmental milestones, and strengthening communication between the school and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a well-organized and professional Montessori classroom setting
• Create and utilize Montessori-inspired teaching resources and activities
• Coordinate and implement the Montessori curriculum
• Accurately document each child's academic growth and developmental milestones
• Strengthen communication between the school and parents
• Provide ongoing training and assistance to staff on Montessori curriculum application and instructional techniques
• Lead and direct a team of educators

Requirements

• Diploma degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
• Montessori Certification for ages 0-3 or 3-6 preferred
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach
• Proficient in computer usage
