**Job Title: Business Development Agent**

**Overview**:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Agent to join our team. As a Business Development Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with education agents in your territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify potential partner education agents in your territory and equip them with marketing materials and information needed
* Work closely with agents to understand student needs and goals, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain expert knowledge on the education industry and market trends
* Research and develop strategies to increase agent engagement and drive business growth
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts and meet business objectives

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or business development
* Existing networks and relationships with agents in your region
* Ability to build strong partnerships and manage relationships
* Persuasive communication and presentation skills
* Goal-driven and self-motivated
* Understanding of international education trends and landscape
