Our cutting-edge AI platform is revolutionizing real estate by empowering top agencies with AI assistants and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

As a seasoned backend engineer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain intelligent AI agents using Python, LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Design and optimize Postgres database schemas, queries, and performance for production workloads.
  • Build robust APIs and maintain backend infrastructure with security, reliability, and scale in mind.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing and deployment.
  • Deploy and manage applications across cloud platforms including Render and Vercel.
  • Work with vector databases and semantic search systems to power intelligent agent capabilities.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong Python skills - built and maintained backend systems or APIs and write clean, efficient code.
  • Intermediate-level Postgres experience - database design, complex queries, indexing, and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD practices - automated pipelines, testing workflows, and deployment processes using GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on deployment experience with modern platforms like Render, Vercel, or similar PaaS solutions.
  • Experience working with production-grade AI or strong interest in building agents using LLMs (LangChain/LangGraph, RAG, vector stores, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset - comfortable diving deep to debug, learn fast, and figure things out.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills - thrive in a team setting.
