About Us
We are a growing automation and AI solutions provider, specialising in AI Agent development, business process automation, and data-driven insights for Australian small-to-medium businesses. Our projects combine self-built AI tools with integrations into existing platforms like Xero, Snowflake, and Alteryx — helping clients transform their operations.
Role Overview
As an AI Agent & Data Solutions Developer, you will help design, build, and implement intelligent process automation solutions.
You'll work on AI agent workflows, integrate them with APIs and data systems, and contribute to analytics and decision-support models.
The role is ideal for someone with solid Python development skills, AI/ML familiarity, and data analysis experience who wants to work on real-world automation projects.

- Integrate agents with APIs (e.g., Xero, custom APIs) for data retrieval and automation.
- Data Analysis & Workflow Automation
- Extract, clean, and process structured and unstructured data using Python (pandas, NumPy) or Alteryx/Snowflake.
- Develop matching logic, anomaly detection, and rule-based decision models.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to visualise automation performance and insights.
- System Integration
- Connect AI agents to cloud platforms, databases, and business systems.
- Implement API authentication, data pipelines, and scheduling.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the founder to design solutions aligned with client needs.
- Document workflows, models, and integration processes for maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Python (automation, APIs, data processing).
- Experience with AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, Hugging Face, spaCy).
- Data wrangling and analytics (pandas, SQL, Snowflake, Alteryx).
- API integration skills (REST, JSON, authentication methods).
- Basic cloud deployment knowledge (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience
- 2–4 years in software development, data analytics, or AI projects.
- Exposure to business process automation or RPA is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB) desirable.
- Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team.
- Clear communication and documentation abilities.
