Senior Finance Transformation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to join our Finance Capability team, providing trusted advice to CFOs and their finance teams on navigating complex business environments.

This role involves strategic restructuring of finance operating models using digital technologies, enhancing efficiency and decision-making. As a senior leader in our team, you will support finance transformation engagements across EPM solutions, covering planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and integration of AI in finance.

  • Key Strengths:
  • Deep understanding of leading practices across finance operating models and process dependencies across other functional areas.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large teams and forming strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with ability to articulate data analysis requirements and present findings to executives.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 10 years of recent experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting, ideally in a consulting environment. A Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university is required.

Responsibilities:
