We are seeking a Senior Advisor to join our team within the Policy and Budget Group.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with experience working in fast-paced environments looking to build on their careers in consulting, advisory, transactional due diligence, assurance, reviews, or policy reform and design.

The Reviews and Reform team spearheads innovative fiscal reform initiatives and provides strategic advice to ensure sustainability of the State's finances.

As a Senior Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering projects that propose strategic solutions to improve resource allocation and efficiency for government agencies.

You will be responsible for analysing and evaluating government expenditure, organisational structures, and service delivery to identify fiscal sustainability and strategic reform opportunities.

You will provide evidence-based recommendations and advice to senior executives and Government.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
