Electrical Engineering Leadership Role

This position requires an accomplished electrical engineer to oversee the delivery of complex projects, exceeding client expectations through quality, budget and schedule management.

  • Develop and nurture key client relationships
  • Lead project development from scoping to completion
  • Manage project scope, quality, budget and timelines
  • Provide expert input in high-voltage earthing system analysis & reporting (power systems desirable)
  • Oversee high-voltage earthing testing (soil resistivity, fall of potential, current injection)
  • Coordinate project teams to meet deadlines & standards
  • Mentor junior engineers (technical + commercial)
  • Contribute to business growth & professional development (training budget + 4 CPD days/yr)
About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of high-voltage earthing expertise—analysis & site testing, as well as high proficiency in CDEGS (preferred), HV power systems experience (PTW, ETAP) desirable, Australian-recognised Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, right to work in Australia, strong client relationship skills, leadership skills and passion for mentoring, professional development with training budget + 4 days/year, professional fee payment, overtime/TIL for site works, and a supportive team environment.
