Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to oversee purchasing operations at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we maintain high service standards, maximize profitability, and address operational needs efficiently.

Your primary focus will be on procuring goods and services that meet our quality standards while securing competitive pricing. You will work closely with department managers to assess and meet their procurement needs, verify the quality of purchased items, and ensure accurate documentation.

In this role, you will also cultivate strong supplier relationships to enhance procurement effectiveness and ensure proper handling and storage of goods upon arrival in alignment with HACCP standards.

About This Role:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Purchasing / Procurement Manager position or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in people management.
  • In-depth knowledge of purchasing procedures and best practices in the Accommodation and Food & Beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Skill in developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset toward procurement challenges.
