- Freight Forwarding Expertise: Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight forwarding regulations, global forwarding operations, and market dynamics including competitors, carriers, and services.
- Specialised Industry Experience: Hands-on experience in areas such as heavy haulage, oversized loads, project movements, stevedoring, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and administration.
- Customer Service & Communication: Proven ability to engage with customers, demonstrating a strong service ethic and client-focused approach.
- Organisational & Execution Skills: Methodical and detail-oriented with strong planning, time management, and execution capabilities.
- Analytical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and improving customer experience and business performance, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills to support operational and administrative tasks.
