Job Description

We are seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join our dynamic and growing rehabilitation team. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will provide exercise physiology services to a variety of patient demographics, including WorkCover, EPC and DVA Musculoskeletal referral patients from local GP's.

You will work alongside experienced orthopaedic specialists from Gold Coast Spine and Gold Coast Upper Limb and Hand Clinic, with the opportunity to assess and diagnose patients alongside them to accelerate your learning curve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exercise physiology services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and diagnoses using various diagnostic tools
  • Develop and implement exercise programs for patients
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Exercise Physiology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Our hours of operation range from Monday-Friday 0800 to 1700, with opportunity for both late starts and early finishes and weekend hospital inpatient contractor work.
