Occupational Rehabilitation Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Osteopath to join our QLD team in delivering high-quality occupational rehabilitation services.

This role presents a unique opportunity to work in a values-driven environment that prioritizes people and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Our team is committed to building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurers, doctors, health professionals, and employers, to drive positive return-to-work outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing discipline-specific assessments, consultancy services, injury prevention initiatives, and case management to support clients in achieving their goals.

As a valued member of our QLD team, you will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders through liaison and collaboration to drive positive return-to-work outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience within the occupational rehabilitation industry or a desire to develop this
  • Strong client focus and relationship-building skills
  • Passionate about performance and delivery for existing clients
  • A natural ability to build relationships with customers
  • Skilled Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or Osteopath with ESSA or AHPRA Registration
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
