Senior Leadership Position

The Supervisor oversees the operation of Community Corrections Services (CCS) within the Drug Court and Court Services Unit. They have direct leadership responsibility for a team comprising CCS staff, including Case Managers and Court and Prosecution Services staff.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, implement, maintain and support CCS functions within the specialist Drug Court and CCS Court Services.
- Work closely with other Supervisors, CCS Managers, Drug Court staff, Court Services Victoria and stakeholders as required.
The Supervisor plays a key role in the management team that oversees CCS operations. They are responsible for leading a team of experienced professionals who provide essential services to the community.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Leadership and management experience in a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of organisational and time management skills.
