Senior Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior leadership position at our institution.
About the Role:
- This position will involve leading a team of early learning and care professionals, providing high-quality services to children and families.
- The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to mentor and build capabilities within the team, and take on overall management responsibilities when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Centre Director to develop and implement strategies for achieving business objectives.
- Mentor and support centre staff in their career development, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Take charge of centre operations in the absence of the Centre Director, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Foster strong relationships with families and external partners, promoting the centre's mission and values.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
