We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Q-CTRL, a pioneering company in the field of quantum technology.

Our innovative approach and talented team have enabled us to achieve remarkable milestones, including a record-breaking Series B funding round and strategic partnerships with industry leaders like IBM Quantum Services.

Your Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying product, growth, and GTM campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams to align roadmaps, conduct market research, and implement new strategies based on findings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing: Manage Product Marketing efforts at Q-CTRL, creating impactful product-marketing material and deploying go-to-market plans and activities that drive growth and brand outcomes.
  • Go-To-Market: Develop GTM launch strategies that establish value proposition, launch narrative, collateral, channel plan, and media mix.
  • Execution: Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, develop advertising material, lead conference campaigns, engage agencies, and track performance in campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in product marketing or technology marketing, with specific experience managing key product marketing functions: Customer Research, GTM, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Events/PR.
  • Background: A background in deep tech/HPC or related high-tech software, with exposure to both B2B and B2C markets, and high-growth startup experience.
  • Skillset: Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful Marketing campaigns, solid knowledge of SEO, CRM, web analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
