Lead Clinical Pharmacy Services

This is a leadership role that oversees clinical pharmacy services and operations across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will lead pharmacy staff, credentialing teams, and provide governance and quality assurance for Cancer Services and Compounding portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of clinical pharmacy services and operations across all hospital sites.
- Leadership of pharmacy staff and credentialing within the hospital and compounding and cancer service portfolios.
- Governance and quality assurance for Cancer Services and Compounding.
- Facilitation of staff meetings, continuing education, and research activities.
This role reports to a Deputy Director of Pharmacy and leads team leaders who manage teams of pharmacists and technicians.

About You- Registration as a Pharmacist with the relevant authority.
- Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy, including Oncology/Haematology and Compounding.
- Proven leadership or management experience.
