About the Role

You will provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services, support patient care, and collaborate closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. This environment fosters professional growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient clinical pharmacy services to inpatients and/or outpatients.
  • Conduct pharmaceutical admission and discharge reconciliations, monitor medication outcomes, and ensure quality use of medicine.
  • Work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team and provide expert advice regarding patient care.
Requirements
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in community pharmacy or 1 year in hospital pharmacy.
  • Permanent Australian working rights.
  • Personal indemnity insurance.
