Our client, a respected engineering consultancy, is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee major civil development projects involving urban infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project monitoring and issue resolution
  • Contractor management and contractual compliance
  • Extension of Time, RFI, and claims management
  • Stakeholder communication facilitation

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years local experience in civil construction
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record overseeing multimillion-dollar civil infrastructure projects
  • AS4000 contract management expertise

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong understanding of local government and service authority construction standards
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
