Urban Development Project Manager

This role involves working on a range of urban development projects in Sydney. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager with expertise in working with state government agencies and NGOs on greenfield urban development projects.

The team offers a range of project types, including infrastructure planning, land development, and urban renewal work. We pride ourselves on taking a holistic approach to our projects, considering environmental sustainability, financial, and social factors.

Some examples of our projects include the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, Greater Penrith to Eastern Creek, and Marsden Park North & West Schofields Rezoning Strategy.

We are looking for someone who can take on a leadership role and contribute to our strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to create a vision for their team, and motivate them to perform at their best.

They will also possess a comprehensive understanding of urban development, from early planning stages to project delivery.

An effective project manager will have experience delivering complex projects for state government and private clients. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working directly with clients and managing a multi-disciplinary team.

Core skills required include experience working with civil engineering orientated projects.
