Job Overview
The role of Pharmacy Manager encompasses leadership and operational responsibilities, with a primary focus on ensuring the efficient operation of the dispensary. This position requires exceptional management skills to lead the pharmacy team in delivering high standards of Pharmaceutical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To direct and manage the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding Pharmaceutical services.
- To oversee all operational activities within the dispensary, including safe stock management, shrinkage, housekeeping, and administration, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
- To develop and implement customer service initiatives that result in an exceptional customer experience, driving loyalty and meeting club card participation targets.
- To foster integration and partnership between the dispensary, clinic, and healthcare aisle, providing a comprehensive offering to customers regarding their healthcare needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Essential: Registered Pharmacist with SAPC registration.
- Essential: Minimum 2 years' post-community service year experience.
- Essential: At least 1 year of People Management experience.
- Essential: Registration with SAPC as Responsible Pharmacist.
