We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Healthcare Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to clients in their homes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of medical equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Loading and delivering equipment to private houses, hospitals, and aged care facilities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, occupational therapists, healthcare facility staff, hospitals, and nursing facilities to ensure exceptional products and services
  • Undertaking deliveries and pickups of living aids to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals
  • Undertaking assembly of equipment and client support through demonstration, adjustment, and installation in line with manufacturing requirements
  • Undertaking efficient scheduling, time management, and administrative duties

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales and customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to perform manual handling
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and related products is desirable
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region
  • National Police Check & NDIS Screening Check
