Job Title: Visualisation Lead

This role offers a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to oversee the delivery of complex engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategically lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers in delivering high-quality engineering projects, with a focus on safety, technical quality, client satisfaction, and project health.
  • Manage the conceptual design, feasibility studies, and detailed engineering aspects of projects across various disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Fire, Hydraulic (Water/Sewer), Electrical, SCADA & Control Systems, and Instrumentation.
  • Oversee quality approval and sign-off processes for projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop project scopes, and deliver customised solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Work closely with internal Functional Managers and external stakeholders to ensure technically sound and schedule-aligned project outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, promoting innovation, excellence, and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on safety, technical quality, client satisfaction, and project health.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong focus on planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Tertiary certification (Cert IV or Diploma) in Project Management is highly regarded.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is highly regarded.
  • Extensive experience in engineering design and leadership roles is essential.
