Australia's leading creative, design-based, events & exhibition Hire Company is looking for an experience senior 3D Visualizer. We are Australia's largest event hire company that visualize, plans, builds, and executes the country's biggest events – from fashion festivals to Spring Racing carnival, Australian Open and the Grand Prix. Boutique weddings, brand activations, custom builds, exclusive parties, and corporate exhibitions also make up the other end of the spectrum in our unique and dynamic business.

Job Description

As a Furniture Design & Visualisation Lead, you will bring your expertise in 3dsMax, VRay, and Adobe Creative Suite to drive the design and presentation of our in-house furniture range. Your role will focus on creating compelling concept designs, product visualisations, and marketing materials that showcase our furniture to clients, stakeholders, and campaigns.

You will lead a team of visualisers, ensuring all conceptual and visualisation work is delivered efficiently, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. While guiding the team, you will also remain heavily hands-on in the 3D visualisation process, applying your own expertise to deliver outstanding design outcomes. Working closely with procurement, creative, and marketing teams, you will help translate ideas into impactful visuals that support both product development and brand promotion.

Requirements

  • Must have advanced skills in 3dsMax and V-Ray with the ability to produce high end renders.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or other tertiary qualification, equivalent work experience is valued.
  • Must be creatively minded and have strong attention to detail.
  • Must have advanced Photoshop skills.
  • Be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
  • Proven studio environment experience.
  • Environmental/scene creation.

Preferable

  • Experience with Modelling software such as Zbrush, Tyflow, Marvelous Design
  • Animation
  • 3dsMax Material Creation
  • Experience in Furniture Modelling
