The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a strong understanding of pedagogy, and well-developed leadership abilities. You will work closely with our Pedagogical Leader and a network of peer Educational Leaders to support the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-quality practice and pedagogy in alignment with our organisational framework
  • Work closely with the Pedagogical Leader and peer Educational Leaders to support team growth and development
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve organisational performance
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification
  • Experience: 4+ years in early childhood education
  • Leadership skills: Excellent organisational skills, strong pedagogical understanding, and well-developed leadership abilities
  • Other: Ability to work collaboratively, build confidence, and support team growth and development
