About the Role

Cire Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator – Room Leader to join our established team of educators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators, delivering high-quality education and care, and driving pedagogical practices that inspire children through play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of quality education and care.
  • Develop and implement enriching programs that cater to the individual developmental needs and interests of children.
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education and care.
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about educating and creating positive experiences for children. You will have:

  • A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) and relevant experience in a similar leadership position.
  • An in-depth understanding of program development and behaviour guidance strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to child safety and well-being.
