Fund Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fund Services Manager to join our team at Alter Domus. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs
- Work closely with our team to achieve and meet client objectives
- Identify and anticipate potential problem areas, offering suitable solutions to clients
- Guarantee all operational aspects of client accounts, ensuring accuracy in administrative, fiscal, and legal maintenance
- Manage relationships with other service providers, including auditors, law firms, custodians, and trustees
- Lead internal projects and initiatives, driving business growth and improvement
- Fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, CA)
- University degree in Accounting & Finance
- At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in accounting, tax, or audit
- Knowledge of the Funds Industry, specifically Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds)
- Experience with working on Australian companies and Yardi software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong management and relationship skills
