Fund Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Fund Services Manager to join our team at Alter Domus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional service and meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of client services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and anticipating their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage the operational aspects of client accounts, including client invoicing, administrative, fiscal, and legal maintenance.
- Collaborate with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, custodians, and trustees, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Oversee internal projects and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
- Hold a university degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Be a fully qualified accounting professional (CPA, CA) with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in accounting, tax, or audit.
- Have knowledge of the Funds Industry, specifically Alternative Investment Funds (Private Equity Funds, Real Estate Funds), and experience working with Yardi software.
- Be fluent in English (written and spoken) and possess strong management and relationship skills.
- Combine a commitment to quality and business risk management with the ability to take initiative.
