The Role

We are seeking a Relief Property Manager/Operations Assistant to provide coverage to our growing team of property managers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end management support, including portfolio coverage, day-to-day operations, and use of our proprietary Property Me software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide relief to portfolio managers when needed
  • Day-to-day operations of the office support
  • Use of Property Me software
  • Support the New Business and Trust Accountant Team
  • Collaborate with the Dedicated Leasing Team
  • Work closely with the Administration Team and Virtual Assistant Team
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (No weekend work)

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in portfolio property management
  • A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent work ethic, communication skills, and presentation
