We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process for a portfolio of large, complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the billing requirements template and prepare the monthly invoice in line with the terms of our contracts with clients.
- Act as the subject matter expert for a portfolio of clients, providing escalation support for invoicing and payment queries.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve work instructions and processes to enhance client satisfaction.
- Strong experience in a complex contract management support environment, preferably with asset or contract management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookups, pivots, and formula creation.
- Knowledge of SAP, Service Now, ITSM, and SFDC is highly regarded.
- Working knowledge of Managed Services is desirable.
- Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High sense of urgency and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to work unsupervised and adapt to change.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to learn complex new business concepts.
