Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the presentation, maintenance and compliance of our portfolio.
  • This role requires building and maintaining close relationships with clients and tenants of the assets.
  • The successful candidate will assist with leasing activities, aiming to achieve and maintain a zero-vacancy level.
  • A strong focus on financial management, including preparation of contracts, reports, budgets and reconciliations, is essential.
  • Proactive income and expenditure management, as well as timely financial reporting, is critical to this role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in Commercial & Industrial property management, including leasing practices, legislation and terminology.
  • A NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is required.
  • Strong knowledge of building services and real estate market trends is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and previous use of MRI management systems (or similar) are highly regarded.
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills, with the ability to build key relationships, are crucial for success in this role.
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented approach are also necessary.
