As a Senior Claims Manager, you will have the opportunity to take on a challenging role that involves managing complex claims, providing expert advice, and coaching team members to develop their skills.

About the Role
  • Key responsibilities include managing a variety of life, disability, and income protection claims, implementing proactive strategies to benefit both members and stakeholders.
  • You will engage with members and stakeholders to understand their illness or injury, working with them, employers, healthcare professionals, and other key players to gather information, provide updates, and make decisions.
  • Additionally, you will support and mentor less experienced team members, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and positively impact member service delivery.
About You
  • You should have solid experience in holistic claims management, having worked with Early Intervention Services, Rehabilitation, and Community Services.
  • You should have expertise in the life/disability insurance claims industry.
  • You should excel at supporting and mentoring others, helping them develop their skills.
  • You should hold tertiary qualifications in a related field.
