Business growth and expansion require strategic planning and effective leadership. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and retention across our national territory.

Your main objective will be to identify opportunities for business development, develop strategies to achieve growth targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive results.

You will leverage influencing skills and exceptional verbal communication abilities to develop and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of plans and projects.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Management or Business Studies, with a demonstrated passion for learning and at least 3-5 years of experience in the Services industry. Previous experience in operational P&L accountability and consultative selling is highly desirable.

To succeed in this dynamic role, you must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
