This casual position offers flexibility, with potential for additional hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests wear correct wristbands upon entry
  • Monitor guest behavior and enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe environment
  • Contribute to maintaining cleanliness of the waterpark area, including tables, bins, and gardens
  • Report any issues or concerns to Reception staff promptly
  • Support team communication and follow WHS procedures, escalating emergencies as needed
Requirements
  • Hold a current First Aid certificate and be willing to obtain a Working with Children check
  • Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills, with ability to work independently
  • Be physically capable of occasional lifting, cleaning, and pool assistance
  • Bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to the team
