Front Office Receptionist

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team in a role that involves delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

  • Provide a high standard of customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
  • Process guest check-ins and outs efficiently, maintaining accurate records and using the park booking system to manage accounts.
  • Cordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation, ensuring seamless transitions for guests.
  • Supply guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Complete day-to-day office administration tasks, maintaining a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents, and guests, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • A current driver's license is essential.
