We are seeking a charismatic host to deliver exceptional customer service at our Sydney water park.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm smile and engage them in a friendly conversation.
  • Provide assistance from our slides, queues, and pool deck.
  • Respond clearly and helpfully to ride-related questions.
  • Screen guests for ride safety to ensure a secure environment.
  • Support smooth ride operations to minimize wait times.
  • Manage express lines to optimize the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Age 18+
  • Availability on weekdays
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service
