We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated Electrical Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an Industrial Electrician in a high-volume manufacturing facility.
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring commitment to safety, quality, and the environment, carrying out electrical repairs on fixed plant with an emphasis on planned and predictive maintenance, and working closely with the Operations team during breakdowns and fault finding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure commitment to safety, quality, and the environment
- Carry out electrical repairs on fixed plant with a particular emphasis on planned and predictive maintenance
- Work closely with the Operations team during breakdowns and fault finding
- Effectively respond to callouts and unplanned maintenance in a timely manner
- Maintain PLCs and circuitry
- Carry out inspections, servicing, and repairs in accordance with site requirements
- Perform major overhauls through various plant shutdowns
Requirements:
- Trade qualified (Valid unrestricted electrical licence)
- Demonstrated experience working as an Electrician in an industrial environment
- A high level of fault-finding experience
- PLC diagnostic experience
- Basic computer skills
