About the Role

Your primary objective will be to ensure that our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently, delivering a superior user experience. You will be responsible for managing the full IT lifecycle of employees, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions.

You will also oversee corporate IT systems, including Microsoft 365 services such as Entra ID and Exchange Online, and administer hardware repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-level support to PC and Mac users across the organization
  • Manage the full IT lifecycle for employees, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences

  • Oversee onsite hardware repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Windows 11 and MacOS
  • Solid experience using enterprise-level ticketing systems
