Sales Assistant Role Description
">The Vintage Cellars Sales Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
As a key member of our sales team, you will enjoy engaging with customers, sharing your knowledge of wine, beer and spirits to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide great customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Engage with customers to build relationships and increase sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the liquor industry
- Assist with maintaining stock levels and merchandising displays
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is highly regarded
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic mathematical skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions
