Project Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information effectively.
  • Breaks down large projects into manageable tasks, sets timeframes, and establishes goals.
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and communicates project status accurately to all participants.
  • Implements and maintains quality control measures to guarantee that all installations and repairs meet or exceed set standards.
  • Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of five years of maintenance operations coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will be located in Alice Springs. The position is expected to be onsite 100%.
