About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
  • Break projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates

What We Are Looking For:

  • A US or Australian citizen
  • An active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or related field
