Job Opportunity: Logistics Expert

The Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting mission-critical operations. This position requires strong logistical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Maintaining accurate records of property issues, receipts, transfers, and disposals is crucial in accordance with approved property accountability procedures for USG property.

Effective material and equipment cataloging in automated Integrated Data Management System (IDMS) enhances tracking, reordering, and excess identification processes.

Conducting regular stock reviews ensures inventory records are accurate, and stock items are serviceable.

Creating and maintaining a Critical Spares Inventory of essential parts enables efficient mission activities and stock item management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures proper documentation and record-keeping procedures are followed.
  • Coordinates with various teams to achieve seamless logistics operations.
  • Develops and implements effective inventory management strategies.
  • Conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Must be a US or Australian citizen.
  • Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of logistics experience on large contracts with OCONUS experience.
  • Strong organizational and logistical skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and related software.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
  • Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
