What You'll Do In the role of Operations Coordinator, your duties will include:Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.Breaks projects into manageable tasks and set timeframes and goals.Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.Acts as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.Implements and maintains quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.Ensures clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.Requirements:Must be a US or Australian citizenMust Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI w/ Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.Must have a minimum of five years of maintenance operations coordination experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.This role will be located in Alice Springs.
This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
