We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role, ideally site based, with a proven track record of managing and coordinating project administration activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mentoring and supporting a team of administrators, providing training, guidance, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
- Working closely with project managers, project directors, and corporate teams to meet project requirements.
- Managing competing priorities, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder needs are consistently met.
- Ensuring compliance with onboarding of personnel to site.
- Overseeing timesheet management, ensuring accurate collation and validation.
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring accurate record keeping of dockets.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience working on high-volume, major projects.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve project and organisational goals.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (essential).
- Australian Defence background is desirable.
