Job Overview:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and lead various technical disciplines and staff, requiring a strong understanding of applicable contract and legislated requirements.

This position involves defining, deploying, and enforcing engineering processes, exercising authority in accordance with defined procedures, and liaising with departmental leaders and program staff to ensure systems/subsystems are appropriately monitored and supported.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need at least eight years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, and eligibility for a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance.

  • Definition, deployment, and enforcement of engineering processes
  • Exercising authority in accordance with defined procedures
  • Liaison with departmental leaders and program staff

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders on project engineering issues, design process, engineering development, and life-cycle support, providing timely notification of defects and design deficiencies as they become apparent.
