About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Cannon Hill. Reporting to the Business Improvement Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our Home and Community enquiries.

You will play a critical role in supporting clients to achieve their goals through access to our services. Your responsibilities include:

  • Analysing disability assessments to understand client support needs
  • Conducting screenings and creating tailored support plans
  • Matching clients with the right services based on their needs and funding
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to drive growth and customer retention

In this varied role, you will also:

  • Provide a customer experience aligned with our Values and behaviours
  • Foster collaboration with regional site leadership teams
  • Assist in the development of a relevant pipeline of qualified leads aligned to drive the growth and sustainability of our core customer program
About You

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the NDIS and disability sector. You should excel at building strong relationships and developing meaningful connections. Your ability to analyse and interpret complex disability assessments is essential.

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the community services sector
  • Experience analysing support needs and creating comprehensive assessments to maximise NDIS funding opportunities
