Compassionate Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide support and assistance to clients in their homes across the Blue Mountains. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while also enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth.
In this role, you will assist with various tasks such as light cleaning, personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and more. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your clients and help them live safely and independently at home.
To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You must also have a genuine passion for supporting people in your local community and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
The ideal candidate will have Australian Driver's License and insured vehicle, and be able to provide either Domestic Assistance or Personal Care (both are ideal). We offer a supportive leadership team, regular staff celebrations, and awards.
