About the Role

This role is responsible for providing technical governance expertise to assist and coordinate the Governance Team in carrying out enterprise risk management, audit and assurance, business continuity planning, policy and procedure development, corporate planning & reporting and integrity management functions for the organization.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the broader Governance Team to achieve this objective.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical governance expertise to assist and coordinate the Governance Team in carrying out enterprise risk management, audit and assurance, business continuity planning, policy and procedure development, corporate planning & reporting and integrity management functions for the organization.
  2. Work closely with the broader Governance Team to achieve the objectives of the role.
  3. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure that the organization is operating in accordance with best practice governance principles.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve governance processes and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to identify and mitigate risks to the organization.
