Primary Responsibilities:
  • Governance Support Officer: Ensure the efficient functioning of the Governance section through administration support and assistance, maintaining high standards of Governance Frameworks and legislative compliance.
  • Governance, Corporate Planning & Policy Officer: Develop and maintain the council's suite of policies, guidelines, and procedures, providing clear guidance for officers in their duties. Prepare and present regular reports on the council's performance against key corporate goals.
  • Governance Specialist: Provide technical governance expertise to assist and coordinate the Governance Team in enterprise risk management, audit and assurance, business continuity planning, policy and procedure development, corporate planning & reporting, and integrity management functions for the Council.
